Adam Buick is looking for a student to help next week in preparation for his open studio weekend. He will be firing his wood kiln on Thursday and you would have the opportunity to assist in the firing. There is the possibility to camp on the property in beautiful west Wales. Cardiff School of Art & Design have 10 free summer course places to offer at the Dong-A University in South Korea. This summer course is 4 weeks long, and all accommodation and tuition costs are covered by the university, this is worth approx £1,500. Students are expected to pay their own flight costs. Victoria and Albert Museum
There is an opportunity for recent graduates and early career ceramicists to apply for a funded six month residency at the Ceramic Galleries in the V&A, commencing this summer, please see the attached link for details. This is the second residency hosted in the purpose built studio within the gallery, the previous resident artist was Steve Dixon.
